Repair

A repair means that we will address the customers’ specific concern and limit the repair to putting any defective function back into good condition. For example, the concern could be that “the left channel of my amplifier is out.” We will investigate the cause of that anomaly, provide an estimate of the repair, and proceed to make the channel functional again if given the OK to proceed. We test that repaired channel and if it performs in a manner similar to the right channel, we complete the repair and return it to the customer. If our testing indicates that better performance could be had by further work, we will contact the customer to provide and discuss that information.
