Shipping or Pickup and Delivery
We offer many ways for you to get your audio equipment to us for service. Note that the services described below must be scheduled in advance, always contact us prior to delivery of your equipment. Equipment must arrive marked with a Work Order, or it will be returned unopened.
- You can drop off and pickup your gear at our location for no charge.
- If you are within the greater Madison, Wisconsin area we will pick up and deliver your audio equipment for $29.95. This includes a brief evaluation of your equipment upon pickup to catch any simple problems.
- We provide the same service outside of the Madison area, but within Dane County, for $39.95.
- Depending on demand, for $49.95 we also offer pickup and drop-off at the following locations every 6 - 8 weeks:
- Greater Milwaukee area, at Johnson Creek Mall.
- Greater Chicago area, at Belvidere Oasis on I-90.
- Within the upper Midwest equipment can also be shipped to us using "Speedy Delivery", with pickup and delivery available.
- You can ship your equipment to us via any carrier you select.
- Always speak with us prior to shipping so we can offer tips on how to pack your equipment. Equipment will be returned in the same packaging unless we deem it to be unsafe, in which case we will provide packaging for a nominal fee.
